In addition to Oracle&#039;s demonstrated capability to acquire other companies, it should also be noted that Oracle now has a willingness to acquire other companies. Your 2002 paper noted that Oracle had a &quot;severe&quot; not invented here attitude; that has obviously changed.</description>
