ParAccel is looking for a Director of Engineering Database Query Execution. That sounds like a serious hole they need to plug...Also senior database internals engineers...don't sound good :) Vertica has had the same positions for over a year if I'm not mistaken. I always make it a point to check the careers sections of all the players on your TDWI list on a weekly basis as I believe this yields interesting information such as what technology they use (or what problems they may be attacking) or how their business is doing.
